Secret Reporter
I work at Sears, and the other day, a woman came in looking for help buying a dishwasher. She said it was the first time she had ever been able to buy a new one, and that she didn’t have a cluewhat was available. So I showed her the different types and brands we offered. She asked questions, and then said she wanted to think about it. She thanked me, and left. I didn’t think much more about it, until I read an article in the newspaper a few days later about the friendliest stores in town. The lady had actually been a reporter, and she talked about how friendly and helpful the people at our Sears are. How neat is that?
