Special Sponge Cake from a Special Mixer

One of my favorite things to practice is bake. If I could, I would spend each and every single day baking anything and everything I desired! Of course, it’s an essential for me to employ the best mixer I could find, such as the one I purchased yesterday. I wish I could have a big stand mixer, but space limits mean I can simply use a hand mixer. Even so, I think my tiny mixer can give the grander ones a run for their money. It has nine different speeds, so mixing up a meringue is no problem at all. My sponge cakes invariably turn out light and airy thanks to my mixer.
