I Set An Example For My Kids By Quitting Smoking
My kids like to toss the ball with me in the yard, and it was starting to frustrate them that after only a few minutes of playing catch I would get winded and have to stop. As I looked at my two boys, I thought about how upset I would be if they started smoking and wound up like me someday. I decided that I needed to set an example for my kids, and I got the Stop Smoking Pill and I threw away all of my cigarettes and ashtrays. After a month, when we were playing catch, they were the ones who had to stop and rest, not me!
