What I need

Have the workouts that you are doing the ones that you want to make happen.  If the things that you are doing are the best that you can make happen, then that is what you really need to make most ou of it.  Some bodyweight exercise is a good form of workout too.  I like to get the workouts out of the way as soon as I can in my day because I have little time to exercise really.  That is okay though, but it is a thing that  like to make sure that i get done.  If you are doing the best that you can, then you will be getting the results that you are looking for, that is for sure.
