My daughter’s teacher just bought some new programs on learning german for kids. She has been teaching the children a little bit each day. My daughter thinks it is really neat that she is learning a new language. She said she looks forward to the lesson every day. She comes home speaking German sometimes and I just love it. I am really impressed with how quickly she is picking it up. The program that they are following has excellent reviews. I hope that my daughter continues to be interested in learning this new language because it is really good for her.

Because I was going to be traveling with my family space was a concern when I was searching for lodging for my trip.  When I came across some luxury vacation homes when I was searching for somewhere to stay, I knew that I had found exactly what I was looking for though.  Staying in a house instead of a hotel allowed my family to stay at a nicer location and to have much more space than we would have gotten if we had stayed somewhere else.  It also allowed us to save money as we were able to prepare all of our meals at the house instead of having to go out to eat. 

My wife and I arrived at Sydney Airport and were heading out to the Blue Mountains. We had looked at catching a bus out to the region but decided we would prefer to drive ourselves. I went to the information centre and got a list of the cheap car rental companies based at the airport. We discovered that we could rent a car for the same price as 2 bus tickets. It was only a 3 hour drive as opposed to 4.5 hours on a bus, so that made it an even more appealing idea. We had a great drive and enjoyed all the sights on the way.

This summer my sister traveled to Seattle. I hoped she would have a good time in this new place. She started off by looking for hotels in seattle. It didn’t take her that long to find a cheap one in the city. She saved hundreds of dollars by staying there! Her husband suggested to use the money they saved to buy things on their trip. She told me when she came home that the stores are really great there! The sweater she brought me was enchanting and this winter I plan on wearing it to school. I hope next time she goes on a trip she brings something for me again.

I travel all over the country on business for the company I work for. Last year all my travel expenses were reimbursed after I initially paid for the trip. This year to my surprise the company paid a portion of my travel expenses up front. Somehow my bosses managed to find a private aircraft charter company they were able to build a working relationship with. I now can take private flights to my business destinations and I pay little or nothing out of my own pocket. This week I will be bringing the wife with me because I want her to see a historic site in the town I will be visiting.

I need to find a pretty fancy place for the in laws to stay at as they are used to staying in very high class lodgings. I think I found a place that will get the go ahead from the other half but you never can know for sure when it comes to these things. I was trying to work within somewhat of a budget but according to my wife it does not matter what the cost of the place is as long as it meets all the requirements that her parents have.

This past summer, my husband and I wanted to take a long overdue and deserved extended vacation together without the kids.  Our kids are virtually all grown up, so it is our turn I suppose.  My husband suggested the Canary Islands since he and I had talked about honeymooning their years ago.  I was game and started researching Lanzarote hotels on the Canary Islands.  I was in shock when I saw the low prices I could get for a two week stay.  I am glad we did this instead of our plans to vacation at a theme park.  This was much more relaxing and allowed us to get reacquainted.

I found out the very first time we used this how much more room we had.  A vacation home rental can range in space from 4 people up to 30 people.  The home that we were able to stay in housed my family, my brother’s family and our parents for a total of 12 people.  None of us felt crowded or cramped in the home.  There was plenty of space for all of our items and plenty of room to stretch out.  My brother and I decided that we should consider doing this again because it was so convenient to use a home over a hotel.
