Some of my friends follow the trends and start a diet in January after binging over Christmas while others just follow their peers at work. Then make a serious plan which you can realistically follow, then go with your dieting routine to avoid being one of the failure statistics.

I cannot believe it still. I can’t believe that he is gone and that we are seeing the making of Michael Jackson funeral arrangements. I grew up listening to his unforgettable music and videos. I will miss him so much. I feel like I just lost someone so dear and it was like he was my older brother. God bless you Michael. Michael you are and will always be and angel to me. Rest in peace. I really like to keep my information off of the internet as much as possible. Can anyone tell me whether or not it is possible to keep your name off of the online phone book resources? I just don’t like the idea of having the information available to so many people. I have had problems with people bothering me before.
