The Thrill of Learning
I’m the first person in my family to go to college. It’s a scary and exciting thing. I’ve been looking for minority research grants to help me pay for getting my Ph.D. School and education are important things in my family and I’m very lucky and thankful that I’ve been given the opportunity to go. It’s an experience that I’ll never forget and is going to help me in my future. I can’t just settle for one degree, I just keep wanting more. There’s something in me that just wants to learn learn learn. It’s such a thrilling feeling and I hope it never goes away!
